Founder and Director, Erica Nothnagel has over 20 years business and corporate experience across a broad spectrum of industries ranging from manufacturing, operations, project management, export and finance. This experience has been gained in positions ranging from "shop floor" through to senior management and company ownership. Her discerning approach and pragmatic manner ensure that the relationships built with clients and candidates are long lasting and mutually beneficial.
Her strong values and uncompromising approach to service, quality, best practice and unquestionable ethics are evident throughout the company. She loves fast paced environments, so is well versed in the challenges that face businesses today.

Sarah Steyn
Recruitment Consultant
Sarah worked in an Operations/Service Director role in a corporate environment for 15 years before joining Silver Fern Recruitment. She was responsible for the recruitment of staff for her own division as well extensive involvement with the recruitment of the staff for the other areas within the company.
Her daily activities were managing a team of staff with extensive exposure to other aspects of the business such as Accounting, Information Technology, Sales and Marketing. This has given Sarah a very good overall knowledge of general business. Sarah takes pride in building relationships with clients at all levels of an organisation.
